Mohit Manocha is the Chief Financial Officer of Casepoint + OPEXUS, where he leads financial strategy, corporate development, and operations across the combined organization. With over 15 years of experience in finance and technology, Mohit brings deep expertise in scaling growth-stage businesses, driving operational transformation, and delivering long-term value.

Since joining Casepoint in 2020, Mohit has played a central role in the company’s expansion, overseeing a 30% year-over-year growth trajectory and implementing systems that supported rapid customer adoption. In 2024, he was named Emerging Growth CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

In 2025, he led the successful merger of Casepoint with OPEXUS, backed by Thoma Bravo, creating a unified leadership structure and integrated financial platform for future growth.

Previously, Mohit served as CFO at CollabraLink Technologies for nearly a decade, where he helped lead the company through multiple phases of strategic evolution. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
