Our training team includes subject matter experts with 15+ years of experience and uses a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Through our proven training methodology, we educate users on the core features of FOIAXpress and ensure adoption and application of best practices within the software suite.
Our team runs monthly training sessions available both in-person and virtually. Sessions are interactive with OPEXUS facilitators. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills needed to manage the full lifecycle of a FOIA request—from creation of request to delivery of documents through archival of the case.
OPEXUS also offers customized training to fit the needs of any agency or department for sessions in person at OPEXUS offices in Washington, D.C. or at your training facility, as well as virtual options.
