ATIPXpress PAL

ATIPXpress® Public Access Link (PAL) is a secure public-facing web portal that connects agencies with requesters.

ATIPXpress Collaboration Portal

The Collaboration Portal allows non-users of ATIPXpress to locate responsive documents and work with ATIPXpress staff on requests. The Collaboration Portal can also be used to enable approvals by staff who are not part of the ATIP team. To collaborate with non-ATIP users, an email invite for collaboration is sent to the selected contact. Once accepted, the ATIPXpress staff user can share data securely on the portal with the contact for collaborative review. This allows staff outside of the office’s process to work closely with staff handling the ATIP case.
