Bonnye Hart serves as Chief Customer Officer at OPEXUS. She’s a people-first leader with 15+ years of experience in developing customer-centric operations and cultivating high-performing teams. She’s passionate about fostering diverse and inclusive environments to have exceptional employee experiences and to drive better business outcomes.

Bonnye’s background is in building and scaling Customer Success programs at Brightly Software, Commio and Granicus. Prior to her private-equity SaaS experiences, Bonnye led communications for USAID’s Regional Development Mission for Asia in Bangkok, Thailand, where she then ran global public relations for MTV EXIT. She credits her strength in building meaningful customer engagements to early-career positions with The Atlantic magazine.
