Howard Langsam

Howard currently serves as CEO of OPEXUS, the leading provider of government process management software. Howard brings to this role more than 20 years of growth and leadership experience in technology companies of all sizes.

Prior to OPEXUS, Howard served as EVP of Sales for Granicus, the leading provider of cloud-based digital civic engagement software, where he led the revenue functions through six years of double-digit growth and 10 acquisitions. Before joining Granicus, he served as SVP of Public Sector for NTT DATA, one of the world’s leading technology services companies, where he led the State and Local Government business unit to triple in revenue during his seven-year tenure. His earlier roles spanned high-growth tech startup Vastera; IBM, the largest tech company in the world at that time; and Accenture, one of the world’s leading consulting firms.

Howard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce of the University of Virginia. He enjoys outdoor fitness, boating, and spending time with his wife and three grown children.
